My experience closely mirrors that of another reviewer who shared their thoughts a week ago. The rechargeable battery in my Lezyne bike light was due for a change after years of use. I reached out to Upgrade upon finding out they handle Lezyne products in the UK. Their quick response to my email was, 'Send it back and we'll see what we can do.' Just four days later, my light was back in my hands, delivered by courier, and they had fixed it at no charge. Truly impressive customer service! Top-notch!

My Lezyne light stopped working after several years, and a quick search revealed that the rechargeable battery was the culprit. I've had my Kinesis Racelight TK2 for quite a while now, and I gotta say, it's a fantastic bike! When Kinesis announced a recall on the carbon forks, I reached out to them to see if I could swap out the forks…

My bike got stolen along with the mounts for my Lezyne Micro rear lights that were on the seat post (I had the lights in my pocket). These mounts are no longer made, but Martin at Upgrade Bikes managed to track down some old stock and sent them to me at no charge.
